Archbishop Kwabena Amonoo-Niezer, serve as the presiding prelate of Dominion College of Bishops. He is the chairman of the Executive Board of Bishops, the General Overseer of Dominion Fire Chapel International Ministry and the Chancellor of Dominion Theological Institute.
He holds a B. Sc (Hon) Chemical Engineer, PGD Industrial Management and Masters of Arts in Psychology (Guidance and Counselling – Combined), Doctor Degree in Theology (Th.D.) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.). He is a graduate member of Ghana Institute of Engineers and a registered Counselling Psychologist with the Ghana Psychological Council.

After graduation as Chemical Engineer he joined Volta Aluminium Company Ltd (VALCO) at Tema where he did his national service as a Process Engineer with the Technical Department. As a regular employee, he worked hard at various assignments as Test Section Engineer and as a production Shift Assistant Manager in the Potrooms Department, Cost Accountant and Financial Analyst with the Finance and Commerce Department; Area Staff Engineer and as the head of the Cell Lines Department till November 2018.
He is a life member of the International Institute of Church Management (IICM), Florida U. S. A., and a member of World United Bible Ministerial Association Inc. (W.U.B.M.A Kingdom of Priest). He is a Teacher, Preacher of the Word and a revivalist.
Archbishop Kwabena Amonoo-Niezer is married to Her Ladyship Juliana Amonoo-Niezer of the Judicial Service of Ghana, and they have three children.
